Hello There
Hi, I'm an aspiring writer, probably pretty obvious here, I'm currently in college and my assignment for one of my writing classes was to join a discourse community with an active online discussion and that community will be the focus of most of my projects for the month of classes. I joined absolute writer which referenced this as a good community. So I wanted to introduce myself, make sure y'all were cool with being the topic of a paper or two, and see how creative I can get with this. I love to write, I primarily focus on poetry though I do have an epic fantasy novel I'm dabbling on and a couple short stories with various basis. Feel free to dm me, in fact I believe getting involved in the discussions is a requirement for the class so please help me out lol.
Anyways my question is this, do you guys mind if I use you and your community and posts specifically for my school work? I may need to quote you or your post or ideas (always with an APA style reference to you and your work or piece that I quote)
I obviously chose this community because the overarching topic is of great interest to me and I hope you can also critique my work here when I write it, here and there. I really loved your community layout and the friendliness I have seen here already. If you have any objections to me quoting you and/or showing your work to my professor could you please leave your username here in the comments so I can refer back to check it out before I reference somebody or their work?
