CBS No minors workaround?

So my buddies and I have a dynasty baseball league on CBS and we just started one for hockey. I was against CBS as soon as I saw no multiple eligibility and no minors rosters. But alas I lost the fight. Is there a workaround anyone knows of so we can have minors on the actual rosters but maybe locked so guys can't just plug minors guys into active rosters without dropping a vet?
Right now I'm tracking them on our leagues message boards but it's not ideal to say the least.
Any help is appreciated.
