Being Told I have to drop a player because the other guy "accidentally" dropped him.

Post Body

Someone dropped Lamar middle of the day on sunday, for nothing. I picked him up in waivers. Now my commish wants me to drop him because they other guy said it was an accident. I don't even really need him, but I don't want out of principle. Commish explanation is "come on no would would purposefully drop Lamar the MVP on purpose." What should I do? As added spice, I am playing the other guy for 3rd place this last weeks.
