Will waiver claim process with “healthy” player in my IR?

So I had Keenan Allen in my IR. His status just changed from out to questionable. I currently have a claim in pending transaction stage in my yahoo fantasy league to pick out doubs. It will not let me try to place any other claims right now since Keenan Allen is in my IR so I am one roster spot too heavy. My question is, does anyone know if my current claim will still go through if it is already in progress right now because I put the claim in while Keenan was still in “out” status in my IR? Any insight appreciated, thanks.
