A lot of leagues now "award" a bonus negative for a pick six. So, if an INT is -2, leagues often add an extra -2 or -4 for the opponent TD portion of that play.
With this being said, how come most leagues do NOT do the same for a fumble six? Many websites do not even support it.
Often times, I feel the fumble six is more the players fault than the pick six. Many times the pick six may bounce off of a wide out. The fumble six is almost always the players fault.
The only thing I can think of is leagues do not want too many rules, even if those rules are justified and make sense. Any other thoughts on this?
