In my longest-running league, I've lost DJ, Allen Robinson, Danny Woodhead, Corey Coleman, Chris Carson, Sterling Shepard and now Aaron Rodgers. It hurts. I'm 2-4. I'll need some luck to make the playoffs. But a few years ago in this league a team started 0-6, came back to make the playoffs then won the championship. All hope is not lost, don't give up just yet. With a bunch of injuries there are owners who will be freaking out. As the Rodgers owner, I've fielded some ridiculous offers over the past two days. Don't go on tilt- you can still come back to win. Keep researching, keep your optimism and keep making smart moves. For some of us, that will pay off in the end.
A couple of important notes (READ THESE BEFORE POSTING, DON'T GET THIS THREAD LOCKED):
This is NOT a thread to ask about trades for your specific team. Those belong in the trade thread in the stickied index posts. If we get questions like that the mods WILL lock this post and you'll ruin this for everyone.
Make sure to CTRL F your player's name to see if they've already been mentioned to avoid duplicate posts about any single player.
True value in your league is, obviously, dependent on the other owners in your league and the general trading climate. However, I think we can come together to get a better idea of where we generally stand on players.
If you have a player you want to test the level of value on, comment in this thread as a primary comment. Don't list your league settings, just the player's name. Other people then comment with their league settings and players that they currently own that they would be willing to give up in order to acquire the player listed in the primary comment. Try to list one-for-one deals as most experienced players know that 95% of the time two-for-one deals benefits the side getting the best player.
Let's use ridiculous examples just to show what this would look like:
Primary comment:
Antonio Brown
Child comment:
Dan Bailey, 9 team, 4.7 PPR
At that point, discussion under that child can include whether it's fair, too one-sided one way or the other and why.
Additionally, child comments can be packages, so if the player in question was Antonio, the response could be:
Dan Bailey and Raiders D/ST, as long as I'm getting a RB2 in the return with Antonio.
Here is an example thread from last season to see how these should work.
To keep the thread clean, I'm requesting primary comments only contain the name of the player you'd like to see the value of.
Last year I listed a bunch of players myself but I'm going to hold off on doing that this year so that the players the community really wants to discuss don't get buried under the players I list.
CTRL-F your player's name to see if they've been asked about already.
You should be able to click "show all ___ comments" instead of the top 200. You can then CTRL F your player's name and see any mention of them. Additionally, this would allow you to upvote your guy if he's currently buried to try to get him more visible and more likely to be answered.

I'll try to post this every Tuesday around 10 AM Eastern.
do NOT put your scoring settings in the parent comment, put only the player.
Watson
I was able to land Hyde for just Garcon.
I traded Garcon for Hyde
I received Carlos Hyde for Frenchy.

I’ve been thinking about trading Gurly to land Hopkins as I’m pretty stacked at RB and he just lost Zeke and will be looking to fill that gap. Also thinking long term Hopkins schedule looks better then Gurlys.
