Hey guys, I’m Scott Barrett (formerly Dude Fantasy Bro). Full-time fantasy analyst for Pro Football Focus.
You may remember me from such things as Metrics That Matter, Actual Opportunity, Bell Cow Average, The DFB Matrix, different stuff on WR vs. CBs, and various other #DankStats. I was also formerly the (oft-inebriated) co-host of the Power Hour DFS Podcast.
Today I’m here to answer all (every single one) of your questions, fantasy-related or otherwise.
If interested in a Pro Football Focus subscription, check out our offerings here.
Let’s go.
That's super helpful, thanks! Also, although Jacksonville is likely to funnel more snaps through the running game, is there a case to be made that this means less attention on A-Rob from the opposing defensive scheme (i.e. cover-6)?
But if you can get the handcuff of Joe Williams in the 12th round is it a green light?
Yeah unfortunately standard (league has been around for 20 years with a bunch of older guys stuck in their ways) but luckily I pushed for a vote and we're moving to 0.5 ppr starting in 2018.
How much of Robinson's efficiency is Bortles though. If he can somehow meet up with Cousins in SF under Shanahan in 2018, it would be as the kids say: lit.
Thanks for the reply by the way! I've been following you for the past year and a half and love what you put out. #DudeFantasyBro
I'm at a crossroads in my standard scoring dynasty league (protect 7) and trying to go all in on this year to win it. I currently have Brady (6 points per passing touchdown league), Ingram, Bilal Powell, Dez, Allen Robinson, Alshon Jeffrey, and Martavis Bryant. I know how down you are on Dez and Robinson (matchup dependency, strength of schedule, projected volume, etc) but who are 3 guys I should target this year to try and win this year.

Considering Shanahan's impact on an offense as a whole, how do you gauge Carlos Hyde's value? He has obvious durability concerns as well as offensive line concerns, but how much of that gets negated by the GOAT coordinator?
