Could this be Lafell's week to break out?

Pats playing at home, Gronk probably not playing, the Pats with few other weapons to use against a reeling Eagles Defense with Mark Sanchez on the other side of the ball. I think Lafell could make it to high-end WR2 or even low-end WR1 this week. Even with his stone hands it seems like he'll have more targets than he knows what to do with.
