Draft Pick Exchange Value?

Anyone do an analysis of what a draft pick is worth? I've got Carlos Hyde, but need a TE for my bye week, and he's a likely drop. Trying to shuffle him off to the Frank Gore owner, but he's got no one I want that he'd give up for just a handcuff. So I'm trying to deal for an upgrade from the 10th round to the 9th round next year. Too little? Or why bother? Anyone have luck dealing in draft picks?
