ESPN Standard Scoring-10 Team-3 Keeper-1QB 2RB 2WR 1TE 1FLEX 1Defense

We lose the pick in which the player was drafted the previous season(or in my case the round they were kept in). I believe I have my 3 choices pretty easily laid out for me but I know there are always two sides to every coin. The first three our who I believe are going to be my choices. One thing I would like some advice on is whether or not you believe I should trade someone for a younger player(Jamaal Charles for Eddie Lacy swap maybe?) I am more concerned this upcoming season with building a young foundation to win in the future since I was lucky enough to be able to win the last 2 seasons.

Jamaal Charles - 3rd Round Demaryius Thomas - 7th Round Giovani Bernard - 8th Round Rob Gronkowski - 3rd Round Julio Jones - 2nd Round (someone dropped him so I snatched him up to ride my IR all season) Andre Johnson - 2nd Round Jason Witten -6th Round

Also have Andre Brown, Matt Prater, Bobby Rainey, Andy Dalton, and Jay Cutler
