NXT Takeover: Houston (January 2020): Shayna Baszler with Horsewomen vs Dakota Kai(c), NXT Women's Championship

Promo package: The first section it shows how Dakota became the NXT Women's Champion against Shayna at Takeover WarGames 3 (check the booking of the Shayna/Dakota feud) and Dakota on backstage with the belt simply lifting it and saying "kairopractor operation completed!".

Then we see Shayna entering to the ring and says that she'll use her rematch clause at NXT Takeover: Houston to get a title match and become NXT Women's Champion once again. Then Kai appears on the titantron on a room with some medical stuff which she's using to recover and tells Shayna that she'll retain the title because the NXT Women's division needs an operation to be revived after her two reigns and the Kairopractor will be that operation that revives the division.

Afterwards we see how Shayna is saying that maybe holding the belt made Dakota crazy and that at Takeover: Houston she'll take it back so Dakota can once again become her prefered bullying target. Finally we see how Dakota comes to the ring and tells Shayna that she shouldn't be like that with a doctor because it could happen that she needs medical help and whennthat happens the medics refuse to give her help.

The package ends with Shayna leaving the ring while doing an nasty glare towards Dakota who simply shrugs her shoulders

The match was 24 minutes long and the story told was how Dakota striked Shayna's back like if there was something wrong there, meanwhile Shayna was resorting to another type of submissions since with her back attacked, she couldn't lock the Kirifuda Clutch. In the end, Dakota connected the Kairopractor and pinned Shayna to retain cleanly. On the post match interviews Shayna didn't say anything and just left without doing a nasty glare but keeping a nromal face. Meanwhile, Dakota said "The operation to revive the women's division has been succesful and hopefully the division doesn't die again!"

NXT Takeover: Tampa (april 2020): Dakota Kai(c) vs Taynara Conti

Story: There's not much story, just Taynara becoming N1 Contender to the Women's Chmapionship and how she and Dakota deal with the UFC Horsewomen.

The match was 15 minutes long and it was just a spotfest and through the match we saw how Dakota was attacking Taynara's spine over and over and over again which started to make the fans feel uneasy. The finish lf the match saw Dakota connect a Kairopractor off the top rope and covered Taynara to retain. After the match, Dakota left within silence at first and then boos. On the post match interviews we only saw Dakota and how she said that she couldn't risk Taynara becoming Women's champion since she'd be convinced by UE to join them like when they convinced her to attack Nikki Cross. Then Dakota said that losing the belt to Taynara would make all what she had to do to revive the division worthless and a doctor like her can't afford that!

NXT Takeover: Traitor (pre-summerslam 2020): NXT Women's Championship match: Dakota Kai(c) vs Piper Niven

Promo package: We see how Dakota is telling everyone in the crowd booing her that they shouldn't do that since the doctors save lifes or prevent injuries and worse things. Then Piper Niven appears and tells Dakota that the reason she's being booed is because it looks like she wants to destroy people's spines instead of "reviving" the women's division, Dakota answers that Niven is one to talk considering how people like her increase the job of the doctors since the lightweights that face her have a legit serious chance of being flattened and injured because of Niven's weight. Then we see how Piper walks slowly and woth an angry glare towards Dakota (who tells her that she's sorry and she didn't meant it that way) and then powerslams to the outside and again on the ring apron.

Next week we see Dakota Kai talking about how Niven is dangerous for everyone else since she now is wearing bandages on her back since that powerslam injured her back, she still be able to compete, but that proves how much of a liability Niven is and that she must get rid of her before she destroys all the lightweights because a medic must prevent injuries and Niven is the biggest cause of injuries of them all and she must not become Women's Champion!

The match was 20 minutes long and the story told was how Dakota tried to avoid much contact with the pissed off Niven by hitting dropkicks and above all hitting Niven's spine which didn't seem to work too much as Niven was able to lift her easily despite all the damage that Dakota did. The finish of the match saw an woman dressed as a nurse come to the ring and inject something on Niven that made her sleep even though she still was on her feet, then Dakota connected the Kairopractor and pinned Niven to retain the title. On the post-match promos we see how Dakota says that the women's division has lost the main cause of it's injuries and is all thanks to her and her nurse friend.

NXT Takeover: Medical Chaos (Pre-Survivor Series 2020): Dakota Kai(c) vs Piper Niven, NXT Women's Championship match

Promo package: We see how Niven comes to the ring and calls out Dakota by saying that she's not finished and that wants another title match at the next Takeover, Dakota (accompained by her nurse) accepts the challenge under one condition: if Piper Niven loses, she can never contend for the NXT Women's Title as long as she's the champ which Niven accepts.

Next week, we see how Dakota and her nurse are assaulting 2 on 1 Niven when Taynara comes out of nowhere with a chair and cleans house. Afterwards, Taynara says that is time to put an end to this chaotic reign of Dakota and that it will be her the one to do it, Niven stares at her saying that she's the one with the title match and then Dakota says that she has no trouble defending against the two of them, just that Taynara would have to accept the same condition that Niven if she wants a shot: If Taynara loses, she can't contend for the title as long as she reigns as champion which Taynara refuses to accept and leaves

The story told on the match was how Dakota and her nurse tried everything in their power to make Niven snap, lose clntrol and DQ herself which didn't work since Niven was aware of the stipulation and simply wrestled. The match was 18 minutes long and pretty much controlled by Niven. The finish of the match saw Niven dodging the nurse's injection and throwing her to the outside, Dakota connecting the Kairopractor which got a 2.99 count, Dakota reviving her nurse, the nurse distracting the ref and then Dakota grabbing the Women's Title, applying an Kairopractor to Niven on the belt, getting rid of it and pinning Niven to get the 3 count and the victory. On the post match interview Dakota simply said, "It was nothing, Women's Division!. I saved you from the biggest cause of injuries!"

NXT Takeover: All Or Nothing (pre-royal rumble 2021): Dakota Kai(c) vs Taynara Conti, NXT Women's Championship match

Promo package: we see how Dakota and her nurse are both doing some medicine on their lab when Taynara comes in looking at everything and tells Dakota that after a bit of thinking, she'll accept the condition in order to get her title shot (last chance as long as Dakota is Women's Champion) and Dakota says "Wonderful!, now could you please go away, i don't want you to stay here because you could end up destroying everything" and the nurse accompanies Taynara to the exit.

We then see how Dakota talks about how she has her easiest challenge to date since every time she met Taynara, she had always won we see Dakota defeating Taynara on her return match and at Takeover: Tampa and this time it'd be the third and final strike and Taynara would be out of title contention for as long as she reigns. Then Taynara enters the ring, takes out the nurse and locks Dakota in an cross armbar making her tap before the nurse is able to recover and throw Taynara to the outside.

The match was 25 minutes long and the match was at first dominated by Taynara thanks to her Judo skills which allowed her to put Dakota in near-submission positions had it not been because Dakota was able to squirm her way out. Meanwhile, Dakota hitted Taynara's back which worked through the match since Taynara couldn't lock Dakota in the cross armbreaker. Through the match we also saw how Dakota was almost broke in half after Taynara powerbombed her onto the ring apron. The finish of the match saw Dakota managing to land on her feet after Taynara tried to toss her and then jump on the ropes, connect the Kairopractor and pin Taynara to get the clean victory. On the post match interview we saw Dakota clutching her back while walking and saying "ouch, i didn't thought someone like Taynara could do that to my back"

NXT Takeover: All Paths Lead To Here (pre-summerslam 2021): Dakota Kai(c) with The Nurse vs Tegan Nox

Promo package: The package starts by showing Tegan's return match and all her matches prior to this one while showing how Dakota retained her title against Taynara. Then we see how Tegan enters the ring and says that she doesn't know what happened to Dakota but that she will become the NXT Women's Champion so maybe, MAYBE, she'll return to her old self.

We then see how Dakota appears on the stage and tells Tegan about why does she want to become Women's Champion since she has returned and is very succesful now, Tegan answers that she saw what Dakota did after returning AKA becoming Women's Champion and that determined her to do the same, Dakota told her that she was sorry to break her dreams but not everyone returned from their injury and got success, Tegan then comes face-to-face with Dakota and challenges her to a match at the next Takeover which Dakota accepts and afterwards says that she'll give Tegan a dose of reality to calm her down so she sees that not everyone can get to the top, not even returning girls.

The package ends showing a recap of the respective paths of Dakota and Tegan to the title match and how they're complete opposites.

The match was 27 minutes long and the story told was how Dakota (as always) tried to slow down Tegan by attacking her back and so did Tegan since she noticed how Dakota's back wasn't totally recovered and this made the match back and forth and also we saw how Dakota legit started to use kicks to stop Tegan in various moments and even caused that Tegan started bleeding from her mouth on one occasion which made Dakota check on Tegan with help of her nurse to see if she was fine and even asked her if she was fine which divided the crowd between cheering her and booing her. After Tegan said that she could finish the match, Dakota asked her if she was sure and that she can tell the ref to stop the match because she wants to retain her title and not kill someone and Tegan simply slapped her to confirm it. The finish of the match saw Tegan connect The Vulture Culture Destroyer after dodging the Kairopractor and then pin Dakota to get the 3 count and win the Women's Title cleanly. After the match, Dakota shaked Tegan's hand and then left while being helped by her nurse. On the post-match interviews we saw Dakota saying that she respects Tegan, but that she'll regain that Women's Title because she just thought that Tegan could be someone easy to beat by the bad guys and Shayna and she couldn't watch the operation to revive the division be meaningless. Meanwhile Tegan said that it took almost 3 years counting the time he was off programming due to injuries, but she is now the NXT Women's Title and she'll do whatever she can to make sure it doesn't fall in bad hands
