an intro(in which we hear the song of trust company called "falling apart") is shown in which there are all the members of the UCW roster, the intro ends showing the royal rumble winners and all the champions of the company

UCW womens tag team championship: best friends(makoto and noel) vs erza and tsubaki(c), winners: erza and tsubaki, time: 13 minutes

UCW womens television championship: kagome vs chloe price(c) with max and rachel amber, winner: chloe after max(with the ref knocked out) hitted kagome with the title, put chloe on top of her and waked up the ref who made the 3 count and gave chloe the win, time: 20 minutes

storyline: basically it consists of max, chloe and rachel amber assaulting kagome everywhere

UCW tag team championship: class 1a(c) vs the destroyers, winners: the destroyers, time: 10 minutes

UCW international championship open challenge: tatsumi(c) vs ???, prince vegeta answered the challenge, winner of the match: tatsumi, time: 23 minutes

UCW world championship: spongebob vs edward elric(c), winner: spongebob after hitting a low blow and then rolling up edward elric, time: 30 minutes

storyline: spongebob basically annoyed elric by showing images pretty bad of him and assaulted him alongside squidward

UCW womens championship ambulance match: ruby rose vs catherine(c) with rachel gardener, time: 55 minutes

storyline: the package starts by showing how ruby helped her sister after she lost against rachel gardener(who was the womens champion), then it shows how ruby got assaulted after winning her title(thanks to help of yang) and how while trying to save ruby and got injured in her arm, then its shown how yang's arm injury worsened after she tried to save ruby(while she was being beatdowned by catherine and gardener after losing her title to catherine due to catherine's cash in) and how ruby carries her sister(yang) alongside medics to backstage, then it gets shown how ruby loses clean to catherine, then we get shown how catherine(either thanks to gardener or herself cheating) retained her title against every challenger, then its shown ruby's symbol, her return and victory at the women's rumble match, then there are shown the new moves that ruby had learned in her time out of UCW, then it is shown how catherine says that ruby may have improved but that she wont be able to defeat her like in the past(then it is shown how ruby lost cleanly to catherine), then ruby said that she had been waiting 8 months for another chance to get another chance of revenge and that she was not gonna waste it, then it is shown how she and akame defeated catherine and gardener and how ruby lifts the womens title, the package closes with catherine saying that their match will be an ambulance match while lifting her title and looking to ruby who is in the ring with a very angry face

the first 10 minutes of the match were domined by ruby who used her newly learned moves, then for the next 15 minutes catherine got some advantage because of the numbers game(due to not being disqualifications in an ambulance match) and finally for the last 30 minutes it was a war with both ruby and catherine(helped by gardener) trying to not just to win the match but to destroy each other, with ruby(every time she could get catherine in the ambulance and win) assaulting catherine with chairs and ladders, while catherine was whipping ruby and using the numbers game to torture her, the match ended when ruby nanaged to get catherine inside the ambulance and close the door, this happened after ruby did her finisher, crescent rose(an 450 splash) off the roof of the ambulance onto catherine

the show closes with ruby raising the womens title on top of the ambulance
