storyline: it starts with kirito (as usual during the whole feud) saying that patrick is a dumb and that he had defeated enemies more powerful than him, then patrick said that maybe he was a dumb, but kirito was a coward and that if he wanted to really show that he was the best, then they should settle this in an extreme rules match which kirito accepted
