Everybody agrees that the whole Invasion angle was very underwhelming. The McMahons making it about themselves, adding ECW into it, and not bringing in any big WCW stars made the whole angle terrible. Imagine if these pitfalls did not happen. Instead, the biggest stars of WCW invade WWF and have a massive rivalry for a year until Wrestlemania 18, where it all comes down to one final war between the two. Here is how I wish such a card would look.

1. Eddie Guerrero(WWF) vs Chris Benoit(WWF) vs Perry Saturn(WWF) vs Dean Malenko(WWF) vs Lance Storm(WCW) vs Billy Kidman(WCW) vs Chavo Guerrero(WCW) vs Shane Helms(WCW) - Ladder Match for the Intercontinental and Light Heavyweight Championships

I would start the event with a high paced, high flying ladder match between some of the midcard wokhorses of both companies. The match would get the crowd pumped up for the coming matches.

1. Chris Jericho(WWF) vs Diamond Dallas Page(WCW)

This would be a match between two charismatic young stars of their respective companies that showcases why both are so good at what they do.

1. Mick Foley(WWF) vs Ric Flair(WCW) - No Holds Barred Match

I think these two having a match would make up for a highly entertaining bout. A man who is known for his hardcore brutality combined with a superstar known for blading and selling his ass off would make for a great icon vs icon match.

1. Big Show and Kane(WWF) vs Scott and Rick Steiner(WCW)

I would have this be a big hoss fight between all the four men. The match would only last a few minutes but it would be a destructive matchup that acts as cool down match before a big one up next.

1. Kurt Angle(WWF) vs Bret Hart(WCW)

This is one of the biggest dream matches of all time and Wrestlemania is the best stage for these two technical geniuses to showcase why they are the greatest in-ring wrestlers to ever exist. The match would be 25 to 30 minutes long filled with chain wrestling, grappling, submissions and a great story. It could be used as a passing of the torch to Kurt Angle from Bret Hart.

1. Triple H and Shawn Michaels(WWF) vs Kevin Nash and Scott Hall(WCW)

This would be a highly personal matchup between four former best friends that were all highly influential in the Monday Night Wars. The match would have many near falls and give the fans a taste of the DX vs NWO matchup that they always wanted.

1. The Rock(WWF) vs Goldberg(WCW)

This would be another icon vs icon match between two guys that were not the biggest stars of their companies, but certainly were highly influential and had massive fanbases. The match would not be too long but it would be entertaining seeing the clash between The Rock's charisma and showmanship and Goldberg's power and explosiveness.

1. The Undertaker(WWF) vs Sting(WCW) - Hell In A Cell Match

Continuing the series of dream matches, this match would be both superstars in their primes fighting against each other. I would also have Undertaker revert back to his Deadman gimmick to play mind games with Sting, who would play mind games back. The match itself would be chaotic and destructive with Taken picking up the win and continuing his streak.

1. Stone Cold Steve Austin vs Hulk Hogan

Finally, the main event would be the two biggest superstars on the planet up against each other. A clash of generations between the most influential wrestlers of all time. The two would have a simple yet fantastic match, mostly due to how hyped the crowd would be for it.
