Night Two

1. Santos Escobar vs AJ Styles vs Sheamus vs Grayson Waller vs Karrion Kross vs Solo Sikoa

After beating LA Knight for the US title (who beat Theory for it at Fast Lane 2023), Grayson Waller cockily declares that he will defend the US title against anyone and everyone. He is shocked when Adam Pearce announces a ladder match to be held at Wrestlemania. AJ Styles, Sheamus and Santos Escobar, whose factions have been at war for months, enter the match. Karrion Kross enters as the wild card. Solo Sikoa enters the match in order to regain his honor and dominance after unsuccessfully challenging Roman Reigns for the world title. The match is fast paced with lots of cool spots. In the end, AJ Styles pulls down Solo Sikoa and wins the US title, adding another accolade to his career and legitimacy to the US title.

1. Finn Balor vs Damien Priest vs Dominick Mysterio

Finn is kicked out of Judgement Day by Damien due to his failures to win the world title. He recruits JD McDonagh to even the odds and they battle Damien and Dom for the rest of 2023. Dom, frustrated at being caught in this mess, splits up with Damien, ending the Judgement Day. This feud carries on till Wrestlemania, where the three former best friends battle each other to see who the best member is. After 15 minutes of action, Finn finally pins Damien, proving himself as the best member and getting his revenge.

1. Carmelo Hayes vs Austin Theory

Carmelo Hayes makes his Smackdown debut after the Royal Rumble and is immediately confronted by Austin Theory, who feels jealous at another young star taking his place. Theory has a 2 year headstart on the main roster but Melo managed to accomplish what Theory never could: winning the NXT title. The desire to be the future face of the company fuels their rivalry. The match is fast paced but Carmelo eventually picks up the win over Theory, winning his first big feud.

1. Bianca Belair vs Charlotte Flair

*After failing to beat Iyo Sky at Payback 2023, Bianca and Charlotte, desperate to win titles, reluctantly team up with each other to win the vacated women’s tag team titles. The two bring legitimacy back to the tag titles and form a surprising friendship. This does not last long however, as the two eventually lose the titles and Bianca is then eliminated by Charlotte in the rumble. A frustrated Bianca turns on Charlotte and challenges her to a match at Wrestlemania. The two generational talents have a long and exciting match but Bianca’s strength and frustration allows her to beat Charlotte and get the win.

1. Jey Uso vs Jimmy Uso

Jimmy finally explains his betrayal by saying that he does not want to play second fiddle to Jey any longer and wants to become main event Jimmy Uso himself. However, when asked to join back the Bloodline by Roman Reigns, he superkicks him and becomes a lone wolf. After months of drama, the four brothers battle each other for the world title and the title of tribal chief at Crown Jewel 2023. After Jey drives Jimmy off the stage, Roman takes advantage and Beats Solo for the title. Frustrated , Jimmy brutally attacks Jey the night after and puts him out of action. Jey returns at the Rumble with just one goal in mind, to destroy Jimmy. He challenges Jimmy to tribal combat. The match is brutal and unforgiving, with loads of emotions and no brother having mercy on the other. In the end, Jey finally beats his twin in an emotional ending and finally moves on from his family.

1. The Street Profits vs The Creed Brothers

After dominating the Smackdown tag division under Bobby Lashley, the Street Profits are challenged by the newest team in town, the Creed Brothers. The two teams have a brilliant match, with the Profits finally meeting their match, a team that is stronger, faster and better than them. The Creed Brothers finally dethrone the Street Profits for their titles in a fantastic debut.

Segment: Bray Wyatt Returns

Bray Wyatt makes a shocking return at Wrestlemania after a year of battling an illness. He receives a huge ovation. Bray says that after reflecting on his career in the past year, he has made a decision of what type of wrestler he wants to be. He says that he managed to control his demons and vanquish all the beings that made his life hell. There will be no sister Abigail anymore. There will be no uncle Howdy. From now on, Bray is only stepping into the ring to kick ass and win big. This segment would set up a new character for Bray, a badass that does not need supernatural beings to help him but one that still has some darkness and edge left in him.

1. Bayley vs Dakota Kai vs Iyo Sky

Bayley and Iyo have a friendly match at Crown Jewel for Iyo’s title 2023 which Iyo wins, but it’s clear that Bayley is frustrated. Dakota Kai finally makes her return and tries to stop the dissension between the two but it’s clear that Iyo and Bayley are headed down a collision course. Dakota finally snaps herself and beats down both of them, seeing that trying to unite the group is a lost cause and it’s better to do something for herself rather than the group. This then causes Bayley and Iyo to finally break up too and the three women are now at war. The three have a match which is won by Bayley, who created the group and who has now ended it.

1. Cody Rhodes vs Roman Reigns

A match one year in the making. Before the rumble, Cody makes his intention of going after Roman very clear. In the rumble, he makes it to the final 3 from number 1 but is distracted by Roman and thrown out by Gunther. He manages to enter the Smackdown elimination chamber match for the right to challenge Roman at Wrestlemania by winning a gauntlet match. He enters the chamber at one and manages to win the match. Cody and Roman have loads of brawls as well as battle on the mic, with Cody reminding him that he predicted that Roman would become a chief without a tribe and a king without a kingdom. Due to having no one in his corner anymore, Roman has a one and one match with Cody with no interference or shenanigans. The two biggest wrestlers on the planet have a highly competitive and dynamic match. In the end, Cody uses his dad’s offense and 3 cross Rhodes to finally end the historic reign of Roman, and becomes the new face of WWE.
