So this party has basically already decided they don't care if the gods die, except for FCG. Honestly if they weren't so dead set on killing ludinus they seem like perfect candidates to join the ruby vanguard. But that's all been extensively discussed on the sub. I've been thinking of ways Matt could mix it up to try and get the party more directly invested in the plot and it's consequences. It made me wonder if Matt made them choose at the critical moment between stopping predathos from being freed or killing ludinus, as in he would escape if they didnt go after him, do you think theyd save the gods? I think this is the perfect choice to make them finally deal with their frankly unclear motivations this campaign. If they chose revenge over the world then they would officially be an evil party and it's easy to see most of them making that choice but it would also cause conflict within the party that could be interesting
