It’s here, it’s done, and it’s a hell of a lot of fun! Really proud to present this special edition of Baliscon’s Reconsecrated Exorcist cut! With his permission and blessing this has officially been released as of today between the two of us! Once again he has done all the hard work of creating a masterpiece cut of the Exorcist that I had the privilege to use as my source for the Black and White love letter that this is to its era of horror cinema. A 4K Upscale is also in the works with about a 5-10 day eta.

No changes to storyline or any of his cuts or additions as I felt it was absolutely perfect as is.

Main changes as follows: DaVinci Resolve FX used: Noise Reduction,Automatic Dirt Removal, Color Space Transform (Custom 35mm LUTs provided by a friend), Chromatic Aberration Removal, Dustbuster, Film Damage (custom settings, not Analog) and a light touch of 35mm film grain to complete the vintage effect. Balancing of the B&W was done first on a shot by shot basis and then the overall brightness and contrast were auto adjusted and normalized in one go.

AudioFX (Flowblade): Audio Normalization, Vinyl Effects to simulate an older style of sound, Noise and Grunge (my word of choice lol) removal to remove excess non desirable audio damage due to re-encoding on my end.
