『CARELESS WHISPER』is a range-irrelevant, automatic stand. I don't have much of an idea for its appearance except that it involves saxophones.

『CARELESS WHISPER』can hear people's desires and make them into reality, (think Maruki from P5R). Once a desire has manifested it will be as if it has always existed like that. However, the person whose desires have manifested will have the slight inclination that their manifested desires aren't real. Should they somehow find out for sure that the manifested desire isn't real『CARELESS WHISPER』will appear before them and explain that they have been living in a false reality where their desires have been made real. They will then be presented with the choice of returning to the true reality or to continue living in the false one forever. Should they continue living in the false one they will have no knowledge that it's false, but will forever be tormented with an odd sense of guilt.
