Design :「NEVER COUNT YOUR MONEY 」 takes the form of a briefcase, much like the one a salaryman would carry on his way to work, with subtle differences in the design. The most striking difference is the green, felt-like material the casing covered in, with each vertice of the case covered in a black marble border and the handle being made of a brownish-beige padding. Altogether, this gives the case an aesthetic of a Casino Table, if not for the two ATM-like slots on the bottom where the case would open up, one going in, one going out. These slots are utilized in the ability of 「NEVER COUNT YOUR MONEY」 and are stocked with a small vial of blue and red ink on the tops of each slot respectively, used for marking any and all materials used in the consumption of created from the ability. In cases where the material is "foreign" or "misshapen", the slots will automatically remold themselves to accept it, provided they remain within the ruleset of its ability.

Stand Ability : 「NEVER COUNT YOUR MONEY」 has one main ability, the ability to turn any form of Fiat Currency into Counterfeit Currency, with a 1/21 exchange rate of Fiat to Counterfeit. The quality of the forgery and the Speed at which its dispensed is dependent on how much is initially put inside, with lower amounts giving higher quality and faster speed compared to mass-production. All materials used with the Stand is marked with special inks that are only visible to the Stand User, Blue marking it as regular Fiat, and Red as Counterfeited. While the exchange rate is always done with a perfect 21x ratio, rounded up, the exact output is largely outside the users control, the Stand usually prioritizing printing higher values first over printing many smaller values.
