「HOT CHOCOLATE」(localized name:「WARM COCOA」) is a close ranged, natural humanoid stand. It takes the form of a moustached man wearing a train conductor's uniform.

Abilities:

「HOT CHOCOLATE」can instantly heat any quantity of liquid and/or meltable solid to its boiling point through contact with its hands or fists. For example, if「HOT CHOCOLATE」were to punch a block of ice, it would instantly turn into boiling water. If「HOT CHOCOLATE」were to punch a person, it would feel like being sprayed with boiling water.

Weaknesses:

「HOT CHOCOLATE」only has a two meter range, and it can't do much outside of the aforementioned ability of heating liquids and meltable solids.
