Abilities: Skin Ticket is able to freeze a particular part of a target’s body in place, as long as that part of the target’s body has any kind of visible injury. If a target has a cut on their arm, for example, Skin Ticket can activate its ability and lock the target’s arm in the exact position and location it was in relative to the target’s body when the ability was activated. This allows Skin Ticket to cause people to not be able to move out of certain areas unless they rip off the affected body part. Skin Ticket can only affect one body part of a target at once, but can affect infinite targets.
