「THE LONGEST TIME」is a range irrelevant phenomenon stand, it has no form until activated. It can only be activated by forming a strong, positive, emotional bond (ex: a romantic relationship) with another stand user. Once activated,「THE LONGEST TIME」has two abilities. First, it can perfectly mimic the stand of the user's loved one. Second, it can temporarily boost the abilities of the user's loved one (ex:「THE WORLD」can stop time for 11 seconds, if boosted by「THE LONGEST TIME」that gets increased to 22 seconds). It can only use one of these at a time. Should the user's loved one die,「THE LONGEST TIME」retains their ability until the user can form another bond.

Weaknesses:

「THE LONGEST TIME」gains the weaknesses of whatever stand it mimicks. Also, unless the user can form a bond with another stand user,「THE LONGEST TIME」is completely useless (except for being able to seeing other stands).
