「RICK ROLL」

「NEVER GONNA GIVE YOU UP」can transform the user into almost any non living object of their choosing. Anyone who makes physical contact with 「NEVER GONNA GIVE YOU UP」while disguised will be destroyed without a trace.「NEVER GONNA GIVE YOU UP」kills indiscriminately with no input from the user, so no matter what, if you touch it you die.

Weaknesses:

As stated before,「NEVER GONNA GIVE YOU UP」will kill anyone who touches it while disguised, even if the user doesn't want to kill someone. When not using「RICK ROLL」or being used as a normal coat,「NEVER GONNA GIVE YOU UP」is pretty much useless, so it is best used in conjunction with a separate ability.
