Name: 「Not a Drop」

Namesake: Not A Drop of Rain by Robert Earl Keen

Appearance: When 「Not a Drop」 is not using its ability, it appears as a short, thin, and transparent humanoid with the appearance being something similar to plastic. As it uses its ability more, it fills with water and whatever liquids it may collect. Once it reaches max capacity as the short thin humanoid, it will change shape to get larger and allow it to fit more water. Once it reaches a tall, fat humanoid and is filled, it will begin to overflow if more is collected.

Ability: 「Not a Drop」's ability is one of little variability: when it strikes an area/opponent, it takes a small percentage of the water inside them, to fill up its frail water-bottle-like body. The catch is that with each consecutive strike on an opponent, the % of the water taken doubles. If an opponent isn't vigilant enough, they may shrivel up before they can stop 「Not a Drop」. The stand's other abilities coincide with this primary ability; as the stand gains more water they gain more range from their user. Additionally, if an opponent strikes the stand while it is empty, it will simply disappear and not be able to be summoned by its user again for a short while. But, if it is filled with water, it can use said water to absorb force. Once 「Not a Drop」reaches maximum size, it can still take water from others, but it overflows, spilling out with each punch. At maximum size, the stand is also significantly slowed but hits much harder. This stand is one of the few that does not damage the user when destroyed.

User: Silvester Wilmot - A cowboy in the Wild West, Silvester travelled with a gang for years, raiding innocent towns and Native American encampments with his gang with the hope of gaining enough capital to provide his family with a good life. He appears calm and confident almost always and acts as if he leads the minor gang. One day during a raid on a Native American encampment, it all went wrong as a single archer seemingly took out his entire gang singlehandedly, even striking Silvester. This was where 「Not a Drop」manifested for the first time. Managing to gain quite a lot of water, 「Not a Drop」has helped Silvester quite a few times during his raids, earning him the nickname "Dry Bones Silvester" across the west.

Range - The Stand's range scales with its water and size and does not have a set size.

Durability - 「Not a Drop」 has no durability and without water to absorb hits would be instantly destroyed by any strike.
