「STAND INFORMATION」

Stand Ability: akin to Star Platinum, Black Plume is in possession of incredible strength, speed, precision, and durability, but no increased breath or eyesight

Stand Sub-Ability: unlike Star Platinum’s The World, Black Plume has the sub-ability to manipulate rope(, chains, wires, etc.)to a fine degree, which tapers off sharply the further the rope is from the user. In addition to controlling the rope, Black Plume can also reinforce it by sapping its user’s energy, and has even been recorded to use this ability to reinforce its user’s organs in order to survive the most grievous injuries.

Stand Form: Black Plume is a natural humanoid of similar build to Its user, almost perpetually shrouded in thick, black smoke. It’s rope control manifests as harmless, crackling, red lightning flowing through whatever it happens to be controlling, or sometimes through the cloud of smoke if nothing is being controlled.

Stand Type: Black Plume is, at its heart, a Close-range power type stand with slight long range abilities.

Miscellaneous: the stand becomes more powerful the angrier it’s user becomes, and until it’s user is incredibly angry, it might not manifest at all. It is capable of basic telepathic communication with its user, but has only done so in extreme circumstances.

Battle Cry: remains to be seen, as it’s power and abilities scale with its user’s anger, seemingly exponentially. It is entirely possible that it has a cry, and simply hasn’t become strong enough to use it.

Future Evolution: Black Plume Requiem(achieved with a Stand Arrow), White Wind(achieved under uncertain circumstances)
