A book where the cover, which has a Sierpiński Triangle within a circle on the front, resembles human flesh. The triangle has a pentagram in the center. The stand name is written as the title. On the back of the book, there are latin characters that spell "Lector cave! Apud te ad terrent!" (Reader Beware! You're in for a scare!), written in blood!

The pages within resemble the pages of a graphic novel, complete with colored panels and dialogue.

Ability: Anyone who reads the book will watch the pages recall the story of when they first discovered their worst fear. On the last page, both pages will resemble a large image of the present victim currently reading the book, with their fear standing behind them! This "fear" will physically manifest and will stalk the reader relentlessly until they die or face their fear.

For example, if the user fears spiders, thousands of spiders of differing species will attack the reader! Conversely, if they fear ghosts or the dark, they will be haunted by a poltergeist or will only see darkness!

Any attempts to destroy the stand while one is under its control will result in the victim receiving damage! For example, if one tears out a page, one of their organs or bones will be ripped out of their body! Also, if the book is set on fire or torn, the victim will be set on fire or torn in the same place where the stand was. However, even if the stand has no one under its control, it will be unaffected by any and all attempts to damage or destroy it.

Weakness: As long as one doesn't finish reading, the fear will not manifest. Conversely, if one faces their fear, it will lose power and begin to disappear from this world, freeing them from the stand's ability.
