A half-red, half-blue android that starts out at the same height as a small child, but progressively becomes taller as it develops its abilities. The right half is red metallic armor with silver highlights, while the left half silver with exposed circuitry and blue along its arm and leg. It also wears a belt with half a golden buckle, which says "News" on it. It also wears a long white scarf around its neck.

Ability: The News can scan any item with its right eye and create a exact copy with the left. However, if it scans another item, the previous copy will disappear. Conversely, if The News scans any living organism, it's properties will be copied as a USB drive, which the user can use to transform into that organism. For example, if The News scans a person, the user can disguise themself as that person.

2B■: By inserting a USB into a slot on it's belt, The News is able to create a new USB that allows it to change any item into another. The item will look convincing at first glance, but the inside of the original item remains intact. For example, if 2B■ turns a lightbulb into an apple, it'll look like an actual apple, but the meat of the apple will still resemble the inside of a lightbulb. In addition, this allows The News to change not just its user into another person, but humans into animals, animals into humans, etc.

iWAND: By scanning a stand via 2B■, The News is able to copy its ability and create a new USB! By inserting iWAND into its brain, The News can delete the previous ability and copy a new one. In addition, if the user wishes so, it can bestow this power onto another by pressing the USB port anywhere on the recipient's skin.

^♥︎: By inserting 2B■ and iWAND into their ports, The News is able to create a USB that allows one to save their own stand to it by pressing it to their heart, and then allows someone with a deep connection to the user to gain that ability. However, if the The News or its user dies while another has its power, any and all who currently possess it will die.

The News Back in Time (B.i.T.): By inserting 2B■, iWAND, and ^♥︎ into their respective ports, The News evolves into its it's Final Form. When activated, B.i.T. allows the user the power Temporal Rewind, where they can reverse the flow of time. This allows the user to travel back to any point in the past in an attempt to correct any mistakes, and can even be used to travel back to a previous timeline outside of the current one!

Weakness: The News initially lacks height and strength, and has a childish personality. This makes it an easy target for bigger, taller, and more matured Close-Range Power Types, making it unlikely to win in a one-on-one fight.

B.i.T. is unable to move forward in time, so the user might end up stuck in the past, or even in another timeline! Also, it has the possible consequence of the user causing a Butterfly Effect in the current timeline, changing or erasing certain events in that timeline.
