Stand User : Kukiniyotte Futan, quite literally meaning "Burdened by the Air", a young loner who prefers wasting their day away in the Natural Park then to get involved with Social Media and Drama. After obtaining his Stand, he becomes more Introverted then usual, known to even lash out and use his Stand to keep others away when pushed too hard, to little effect.

Design : [WINDFALL] takes the form of a necklace that Kukiniyotte wears, a long chain necklace connected to a large piece of bone, said to have come from a fossil of a Dinosaur, notably the snout, handcarvings reading "Fortis Fortuna Adiuvat" engraved into the front of the bone, translated to English, this means "Fortune favors the Bold." Notably, this Necklace was a family heirloom that was passed down to Kukiniyotte after his mother passed away, a good luck charm that was said to carry the blessings of his family with him. He wears the necklace reversed, such that it rests on his back, like a weight apon him.

Ability : [WINDFALL]'s first ability is known as Natural Wind Control. When any wind is blowing around the user, they can directly control the Wind's direction and movement for as long as the gust is naturally blowing. Of course, while wind can always be blowing, the comparative weakness of a gentle breeze compared to the Human Body makes this ability quite useless outside of flair. However, the Stand's second ability, Natural Storm Control, fixes that problem. With its second ability, it is able to directly amplify the wind of any natural disaster that is happening around it. For example, if a Tornado was in the vascinity of the user, not only would they be able to directly increase its intensity, but they would be given full reign to control the Twister as they see fit. Or if a Hurricane was blowing, they could amplify and redirect the winds to throw around, weigh down, or even just rip you apart.
