The slime is a Hamon-Enhancement type of Stand & assists in combat with various tasks or otherwise disorient the opponent
It can't go super far, but it can at least it could reach about 60 feet away from the User before extremely diminishing in effectiveness.
Named such because the dedication the intended user spawned it from felt, as the name says, a Whole Lotta Love for the person he pushed himself to defend against impossible odds
