Ability: Sensation Manipulation

Desc: The user is capable of manipulating the sensations of others including oneself, including pleasure, tickling, pain, fear, etc.

The user can alter the sensation they themselves are feeling.

But when the user activates it's ability on others, it also shares the sensation the victim is feeling as well, performing a "sensation link".

Ex: If I gave the victim a burning sensation, I will feel it as well.

Any sensation change that Basket Case does, would affect both the user and the victim until sensation link is severed.
