Hi everyone. Just to preface. I’ve got a nine year-old and a four-year-old. I am a very involved, Dad. I cook five times a week, split the household chores evenly, I’m always there for my kids. I make a little more than twice what my wife makes, so I pay all of the big bills, and some small ones. Plus, I give my wife $300-$500 a month, even though she makes $90,000 a year. My wife has always been really tough on me. I basically live in a box. She made me get Life360, so she knows everywhere I am all the time. Recently, it seems like my nine year old has become a smart ass and disrespectful, unless he wants me to pay his allowance. Have any other fathers on here experienced this? If so, what did you do?
