So I have the problem that I bought a plan for a combat rifle but when I want to craft it on the table it is not there: I watched a videos where someone said you need another extra plan to be able to craft this kind of weapon but even after buying it it does not show up. Is there any specific thing that I have to do to be able to even see this weapon on this crafting table even when I already buyed and used the plan to be able to craft it? A little info more to this matter because you could need it: The plan that I bought is a green one with blue sheets sticking outsite of it. Is there an difference between the red plans and the green-blue ones?

Also there is another question. I'm currently trying to get a fusioncore generator that crafts fusioncores to work. I already repaired and started the nuclear power plant with the event and the power plants are working because their lights are green but the fusioncore generator doesn't get any power from them and constantly has the sign that I have to give it power. How do I get it to finally work with the nuclear power plants power?
