I came across the "corrupt cop" random encounter early on and helped her out. I then progressed through the story more before finding another officer at A501. He assisted me in killing some scavengers from a distance and his name wasn't even red, but once I approached him he said "your under arrest" and just starting shooting me. All I've really done in the main story is Gain access to Westminster and the only allies I have are the Vagabonds and Roundels. Did joining the Vagabonds cause this or could it be something else. Or a glitch?
