How do people feel about Upshaw at DT and Hageman at DE?

I trust Quinn but these moves seem very risky with potentially low ceilings (particularly Upshaw). They are listed at these positions on the depth chart.
Hageman hasn't been stellar at DT, but he had a sack last season. This preseason he has looked good at DT and pretty bad at DE.
Upshaw seems to be picking up the position, but curious to how his worth will be during the season, particularly on passing downs (if he's not rotated out).
Am I the only one unsure of this?
