Alt noids = Zero regulations during manufacture = Zero idea how many leftover reagents are in there.
There's trusted vendors for individual noids but when you get a pre filled hot dog water cart you can assume the manufacturer got only the cheapest of everything.
Also there's a lot of terps that are really bad for you above a certain concentration.
