Can’t sleep of the pen no more

I’ve been trying to keep my tolerance down because i have not been able to sleep, so i only wake and bake and then smoke at night. Last night i was so geeked i couldnt feel my legs but i couldn’t sleep. my mind just keep running. Anyone else have this problem? how do you get to sleep.
