First AngelBob playthrough, and I can't seem to be able to place an electric miner on certain ores?

I can place burner-drills anywhere I want, and they'll perform up until they hit the infinite-ores limitation of requiring an acid reagent (different ores require different reagents, but all work similar to the vanilla-uranium requiring sulfuric acid.)
