What's new:

Admin API endpoints
Admin UI built with React
1. API Server settings

3. Queue monitor
Random EC address generation

Moved to new version of Echo framework
Moved to new version of Factom lib
You can now run Open API without EC wallet at all (for reading entries, e.g.)
