The global Grey Wolf population is stable for now balancing out during the 2021 season some wildlife experts think drawback on society due to covid aided the species stabilization and estimated to number some 200-250,000 individuals. Numbers are increasing in some parts of the wolf's range, like the western United States but these increases are likely to be offset by localised declines elsewhere due to humans were responsible for driving wolves to extinction
Lmfao, dude said "billion dollar ranchers." I get that right wingers are nutjobs. But we got farmers tryna run their business that regularly lose livestock to wolves, and they're not allowed to do shit about it. Like most things in our country, the truth is somewhere in the middle. Hunting wolves is obviously fucking weird. But being able to defend your livelihood should be fair game.
