I don't quite know what pro-trans means, but I'm certainly not anti-trans. That said, I don't necessarily agree with "trans women are women." I agree with "trans women are trans women." This means that I'll treat any trans woman the same way I'd treat any other woman as far as social interactions, etc go.
However, I would not be interested in dating a trans woman. It's not because of hate, but simply my own personal preferences. So if a trans woman were to only identify themselves as a woman to me, because "trans women are women," I'd feel deceived and wronged by that.
There's no hate in saying "trans woman."
And that trans women are men who are appropriating womanhood.
I know I'm about to get downvoted into oblivion for this comment, so I must preface that I have no issues with trans people in any way whatsoever (and fully support their rights and right to exist), but there is a bit of a double standard here.
Young liberals will pounce on anyone for even a hint of "cultural appropriation" in a second, basically demanding that unless you are authentically from some place, you can't dress, act, sing, whatever it may be, like the people you are "appropriating from." But on a purely factual level, trans women are literally appropriating womanhood.
Now again, I have to mention that I think the concept of "cultural appropriation" is ridiculous, so I don't believe what I've said above, but this is a hypocritical stance for a lot of folks

This is a genuine question, but is JK Rowling anti abortion or IVF?
