Itโ€™s worse in the south. Servers are paid $2.13 an hour and they have to pay tipshare. You know these big chain restaurants had something to do with it. You can pay your staff below the minimum wage (7.25) and make them pay out of their tips to pay off bussers and hostess. Insane.

Yo, I am so tired of this weak argument happening in the comments. Drivers vs. customers. I canโ€™t believe billion dollar companies convinced you guys to argue amongst yourselves. Be mad at the billion dollar company! You know, the one making up ridiculous fees and paying drivers $2.50/hr in 2023. The driver and customer are both going broke with wage stagnation, inflation, crazy property prices, etc. while the people who own these companies and make decisions are laughing at us arguing.
