Long story short, my husband downloaded meta business suite and now we've missed a TON of work messages. We just advertised a product yesterday and have so many people commenting saying they messaged us, but we haven't received their messages at all. We've tried unlinking suite, checking on the desktop, on both our phones, deleting him as admin, and toggling switches. We put in a help case but haven't received any feedback yet. Did anyone have any suggestions?? At this point we're assuming we've lost a good amount of profit because of this..
