Why can't I search for words in messenger? how to fix it?

Recently I needed to find something in a conversation with a person I wrote a lot with some time ago. In other conversations whether I have or not in friends or whether they are blocked or not, the search engine works normally for me. Anyone know why I can't search for messages in this one conversation? It shows me 0 views every time, even though the messages are not deleted
