A few days ago, Facebook suddenly stopped recognizing the devices (laptop and phone) I've used to access it for years. I think it was after the new Messenger Desktop app update but I don't know. Anyway, it kept making me enter codes to access the account, but eventually just locked it after I did that a number of times.

My account is now locked. I've sent my ID in 4 times now. Each time, they've recognized it and emailed me a link to reactivate my account. But each time I follow the link, it just says my account is still locked, and it tells me to start the process over again.

I don't know what to do. I don't even care about Facebook that much, but I really need Messenger, and I don't know if I can keep my job if I don't have it, that's how we all communicate (and that's how I communicate with my family and friends as well). I'm really panicking, please please help if you can. I don't know what to do.
