Got my account disabled and can’t get it back

My account got disabled without warning today, for no reason at all. Lost my instagram as well. I did the procedure to get it back by sending my id, at first they said they would evaluate my demand then they said they could not proceed because the decision to disable my account was final and could not be revoked. My account was profoundly sentimental, i don’t know what i can do. They said i violated some community standard but i litteraly didn’t do anything 😭
