I have a very annoying problem.

I have one Facebook friend who I can message through my desktop account, but not through my messenger app on my iPhone.

We’re still friends on Facebook, I can see her profile on my Facebook app, but when I go to our messenger conversations her profile pic is the generic grey one and it says “This person is unavailable on Messenger”, but it still tells me she’s online when she is and I can still add her to group chats and do everything else you can’t do when someone blocks you.

It only happens with this one friend. I can’t ask her if she’s done anything to make this happen because we are not currently on speaking terms and this seems like a weirdly hard thing to do when she could have just blocked me like normal. Any ideas?
