Is there any way to block someone from commenting on my posts without unfriending or blocking the person?
Post Body

I don’t mind if this person sees my stuff, I just don’t want her to be able to comment on anything I post.

Comments

The only way I know of is somewhat tedious, and has some limitations. Change the post to public (temporarily). Now with the three dots you can select "who can comment." Select "people you mention." Now change the post back to friends (or whatever). The comment limitation is *still* shown at the bottom of the post. (!!!) Now you can edit the post to tag up to 50 friends. Unfortunately, facebook doesn't let you tag custom lists. Note that with tagging, you need to be careful to not increase the audience to your friends' friends, if not desired. Re-edit the audience, and then deselect the friends's friends. (With some platforms, you don't see this option with your first edit - it just makes it visible to friends' friends.) -- Note: To restore the ability of everyone to comment, you have to make the post public again. Then you have access to that setting again.
