Is it impossible to recover a locked account if the account name is different from my legal name?

Hello, I posted this before but it didn't get much traction, so I'm posting again hoping that someone can help.

My Facebook account recently got locked and they now require my ID to confirm my identity, I've uploaded by NID and even my passport several times with all information intact and they keep replying "We couldn't confirm your identity" after processing it, my FB name is not entirely the same as my legal name, so maybe thats the problem here, is there any way to recover access to it? Plss help, I really need access to at least that account s messenger because I communicate to lots of people solely through that.
