Recover lost original account details while you have page manager access

Hello - old people problems here. I'm helping my mother with her local art group, and they've run into a problem with their Facebook
- The person that originally set up the Facebook is not with the organization does not remember what email they used, and believe they deleted the original email account
- They have access to the Facebook page as page managers, but can't change the account details to a new email because they don't have the original account information
- This is preventing them from linking the Facebook page to their Instagram, which would ease their lives by allowing auto cross posting
Does anybody know a fix here? We have back end access to the Facebook account as page managers, but can't even see the account email address to try and find a workaround there
