Today, after waking up from a lovely sleep, I check my emails and surprise surprise... my facebook has been hacked.

My email address has been removed and replaced by the hackers & my password been changed.

I attempted the Facebook account recovery, but it states my email does not have a facrbook account. So I now cannot recover my 7 year facebook account. I used this website for photos and memories. Birth of my child and my wedding day ( obviously I have photos on my phone but allot of the photos I uploaded were on the spot taken) amd many photos that I no longer have.

The facebook support section that requires you to upload proof of Id? Does not work due to "this page had an error please try again after while we fix the issue".

According to previous reddit post?s, this error has been there for years.
